Fina Executive Director Cornel Marculescu distributed via email today an update to the organizing body’s water polo rules for 2013-2017. The changes, many of which are rules interpretations more than actual new regulations, were decided at the FINA Congress held in Barcelona in July.
The new rules went in to effect on September 18.
