By Oregon prep power Southridge defeated Washington’s traditionally strong Mercer Island boys by one goal in the championship of this past weekend’s THills Boys’ High School Invitational. The competition aims to convene the best teams from the Pacific Northwest – the girls will kick off their version Oct. 3-4.
