Cal Dumps Stanford to Gain SoCal Final Berth

Number two Stanford looks likely to fall in the rankings, as does top-ranked UCLA, after the Cardinal joined the Bruins in losing a semifinal match today at the SoCal Tourney. Cal topped Stanford by four goals and will now face USC in the tournament final.

FINAL: Cal 11, Stanford 7. Cal will play USC in the finals for the SoCal Tournament title at 5:55pm here at Spieker.
