By Rancho Buena Vista earned its first CIF San Diego Section championship on Saturday winning the Division II crown over a game group from El Camino High School. The Wildcats from Oceanside, long outsiders in North San Diego County’s vibrant water polo scene, have now ascended to the top of their division to earn a trip to the finals.
