Authorities are downplaying the arrest of 10 loosely associated men suspected of plotting terrorism during the Olympics next month. Justice Minister Alexandre Moraes called the group “absolutely amateur” connected only virtually via an online group. She did so after she and her family were “disappointed with the results of the police investigation,” according to ESPN.
