Rich Corso, the winningest coach in Cal Bears women’s water polo history, is leaving the head coaching position as of September 1. His replacement is being sought immediately.

Corso is a USA Water Polo Hall-Of-Famer having served as head coach of the men’s senior national team at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. He leaves Berkeley with a record of 227-98 (.698) and finished second in the national championships in 2011.
